As a Social Media Manager for the Coastal Carolina University English Department, I created digital images for our social media pages across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok. I communicated with other co-workers weekly to ensure efficient posting deadlines. I managed the analytic tools to track our engagement across all platforms, which helped monitor our presence on social media. I also established marketing campaigns to increase engagement and social media exposure.

I built this Instagram page from the ground up. When I began this internship their social media accounts weren't very active. I created a presence for the Coastal Carolina University English Department and it continues to thrive through other interns.
